Getting an estimate.
How much does a roof replacement cost?
It depends on size, pitch, material and current condition, which is why we quote from photos or an inspection rather than a flat number. Most homeowners get a line-item estimate back the same business day.
Is the estimate free?
Yes, and there's no obligation to book after you receive it.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. If storm damage is involved, we'll document it clearly enough for your adjuster and walk you through the claim.
During the job.
How long does a full replacement take?
Most single-family homes are torn off, dried in and shingled within one to three days, weather permitting. Slate and metal jobs run longer.
Will you protect my landscaping?
Yes. Tarps and plywood go down before tear-off starts, and a magnetic sweep for nails happens at the end of every day, not just the last one.
What if you find damage once the old roof is off?
We stop, show you photos of what we found, and price it before doing anything. Never a surprise on the final invoice.
Warranty & after.
What's covered under warranty?
Every full replacement carries a 10-year workmanship warranty from us, plus the manufacturer's material warranty on top. See Warranty for the details.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us with your address and a description of the issue. No paperwork to dig up on your end, we keep the project record on file.
