Estimates

Estimates are non-binding until both parties sign a written scope of work. Prices can change if the roof's actual condition, once the old roofing is off, differs materially from what photos or a visual inspection showed. We'll always show you what we found and price it before doing the work.

Scheduling

Booked dates are held in good faith but can shift for weather or safety. If a date moves, we'll tell you as soon as we know, not the morning of.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your signed scope of work, not on this website.

Warranty

Workmanship and material coverage are handled separately. See Warranty.

Website use

This site and its content are provided as-is. Don't scrape it, resell it, or present it as your own.

Limitation of liability

• Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for gross negligence.
• Beyond that, our liability arising from this website is limited to direct damages only, not indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

Disputes arising from work performed are governed by the laws of the state where that work was performed.
