Every full replacement carries two warranties, stacked. Here's what each one means.
Coverage.

10-year workmanship warranty
Covers our installation of flashing, fastening and sealing for 10 years from completion. If we installed it wrong, we fix it, no cost to you.

Manufacturer material warranty
Covers the shingles, slate or metal itself against defects, per the manufacturer's terms. Length varies by product line. Your estimate states the exact term.

Repairs
Repair work carries its own 2-year workmanship warranty, separate from the full-replacement term above.

What's not covered
Storm damage, normal wear, and any work done by someone other than a Alderhurst crew after handoff.
